1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luna Blue website and your purchase of products from us. Luna Blue is a brand name used by Velare LLC FZ, a company licensed by the Meydan Free Zone Authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence No. 2534603.01 (“Luna Blue”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Definitions
- “Customer”, “you” means any person who accesses the website or places an order.
- “Products” means the goods offered for sale on the website.
- “Order” means a request submitted by you to purchase Products.
- “Website” means www.lunablue.ae and any related pages and applications.
3. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under UAE law to purchase from Luna Blue. By placing an Order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
4. Products, Orders & Acceptance
We take care to describe and display Products accurately. However, colours, images, packaging and specifications are indicative and may vary slightly. We do not warrant that all descriptions or other content are error-free.
When you place an Order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your Order has been accepted and dispatched. We may, at our discretion, decline or cancel any Order, including where:
- the Product is out of stock or no longer available;
- there is an error in the price or description;
- we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity; or
- we are unable to verify your payment or delivery details.
Where an Order is declined after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are the final price payable for the Product.
Prepaid payment only. All Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using the accepted electronic payment methods shown at checkout (for example, debit or credit cards and supported digital wallets).
We use third-party payment service providers to process payments securely. We do not store full card details on our own systems. You confirm that any payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
6. Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date payment is confirmed, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund are set out in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because Cash on Delivery is not offered, all refunds are issued to the original electronic payment method used for the Order.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable or impair the website or interfere with another party’s use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers or connected systems.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including the Luna Blue name and logo, text, graphics, images, page design and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights and applicable trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the website and Products are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government action, network or logistics disruption, or similar circumstances.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, including Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
