1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data when you visit our website, create an account, or place an Order. It is issued in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations.

  • Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
  • Order data: products purchased, order value, order history.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment and limited card metadata (e.g. card type, last four digits), but not your full card number.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, contact forms or support channels.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process and deliver your Orders within the 3–5 business day delivery window.
  • To manage your account and provide customer support.
  • To process electronic (prepaid) payments and any refunds to your original payment method.
  • To prevent fraud and verify Orders (note: Cash on Delivery is not offered, so all transactions are electronic).
  • To send transactional messages (order confirmation, dispatch, delivery updates).
  • To send marketing communications where you have consented; you may opt out at any time.
  • To improve our website, products and services.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations in the UAE.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • payment service providers, to process prepaid payments and refunds;

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Payment Data

Because we accept prepaid electronic payments only and do not offer Cash on Delivery, your card or wallet payment is handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements in the UAE. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your privacy, we will notify the UAE Data Office and affected individuals as required under the PDPL.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE (for example to a service provider hosted abroad), we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards consistent with the PDPL.

10. Your Rights

Subject to the PDPL, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data, where applicable;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • request your data in a portable format;
  • lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
