1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time. We will notify you if we expect a significant delay.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay for your Order.
- Standard delivery fee: AED 25
- Free delivery on Orders over: AED 500
5. Order Tracking
Once your Order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation with tracking details (where available) by email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
6. Delivery Attempts & Receipt
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure the address and contact number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the Order. If delivery cannot be completed after 2 attempts, the Order may be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund to your original payment method.
7. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery in such cases.
8. Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your Order on receipt. If the packaging is damaged or the Product appears faulty or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours. See our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, customs, courier disruptions or public emergencies. We will work with our delivery partners to complete your Order as soon as possible.
